Product Overview
European Type Electric Single Girder Suspension Crane is a light-duty lifting equipment, usually composed of hoisting mechanism, single main girder, end carriages, electric control system, etc. It can be directly installed on the roof structure of an existing workshop without additional rail brackets for suspension cranes, making full use of workshop space. It can also be applied to partial areas of the workshop as required. With an extended cantilever, the traveling range of the trolley can exceed the crane span.
Structure Composition
Main GirderAdopts welded square box girder structure (or H-section steel), connected with end carriages through high-strength bolts to form a rigid structure. The camber meets national standards.
End CarriagesMade of rectangular steel tubes or welded steel plates. After forming, end carriages are processed by CNC machine tools with one-time positioning to ensure dimensional accuracy and fitting tolerance.
Hoisting MechanismEquipped with European type electric hoist, featuring compact structure, hard-tooth surface reducer, low noise and long service life.
Traveling MechanismThree-in-one design is adopted for both crane and trolley traveling: integrated motor, reducer and brake. With compact structure and hard-tooth surface reducer, it features low noise, basically no oil leakage and long service life.
Electric Control SystemUses high-quality electrical components and advanced variable frequency speed control system to realize soft start and soft stop, reducing mechanical transmission impact and improving control accuracy and operation stability.
Performance Features
- Light Weight & Small Wheel Pressure: Through modular design, the hoist, end carriages and main girder all adopt optimized structures. The self-weight is much lighter than traditional cranes, with smaller wheel pressure on rails, lower requirements for workshops, wider application range and lower workshop construction cost.
- Compact Outline Dimension: Effectively utilizes workshop space with small limit distance from hook to walls and low headroom, providing larger effective working space and more flexible layout. New workshops can be designed smaller with more complete functions.
- High Working Performance: With frequency conversion technology, the crane runs smoothly, minimizes load swing, enables faster and more accurate load positioning, and reduces friction and mechanical stress between the crane and workshop structure.
- Easy Operation: Wireless remote control system is optional, including handheld type and joystick type, providing excellent control solutions for lifting equipment in harsh and complex environments.
- High Safety Factor: Equipped with more than ten protection devices such as overheat protection, overload protection and phase sequence protection to ensure safe operation. The drum diameter is more than twice that of traditional ones with small wire rope deflection, reducing tension and wear. The high-performance hoist motor provides greater horsepower, excellent cooling and continuous duty rating. Large-capacity hoists are designed with dual hoist motors. The hoist features superior power transmission and brake system, dustproof design and automatic adjustment. Dual brakes can be provided for special requirements.
